The Morning Routine with Rocki and Lacey was joined by Celeste Malham from Fed Kitchen, right here in Springfield. When Celeste Malham launched FED Kitchen in Springfield in 2019, her goal was simple: make healthy eating convenient, delicious, and accessible. Drawing from her extensive background in fitness, nutrition, and wellness, Celeste built a business that proves nutritious food doesn’t have to be boring.
Alongside her husband, Brennan, Celeste has grown FED Kitchen into a local favorite, offering chef-crafted meal prep options packed with flavor and designed to help people stay on track with their health goals. What started as a meal prep service has continued to evolve, including a recent partnership with Papo’s Café that brought even more healthy dining options to the Springfield community.
What sets FED Kitchen apart is its commitment to proving that healthy food can be both nutritious and enjoyable. Whether it’s grab-and-go meals, protein-packed bowls, or fresh café offerings, Celeste and her team continue to make wellness feel approachable for busy families and professionals throughout Central Illinois.
