Braxton Williamson, the man who has been accused of shaking his girlfriend’s baby and has been in jail on charges of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm or permanent disability, was given pre-trial release on Tuesday.
The Christian County State’s Attorney hasn’t filed any murder charges against Williamson because 15-month-old Ivory Brogdon’s autopsy is still pending. Without those results, charges won’t be upgraded.
Braxton will have to wear a GPS ankle monitor and could be taken back into custody at a later date.
