Ethan Harbour, the man charged in the fatal DUI crash in Springfield earlier this month was back in court on Friday. This time around Harbour was attempting to be granted pre-trial release.
Harbour and his legal representation were able to get that pre-trial release.
Harbour’s release is contingent on a myriad of conditions including no contact with the victims, he cannot leave the state, no driving, and he must wear an electric monitor among other conditions.
