A Sangamon County judge granted a temporary retraining order Wednesday against a Williamsville restaurant that had been operating without a food permit.The Sangamon County Department of Public Health pulled the permit of the Huddle House, 994 Ann Rutledge Drive, on Sunday.Circuit Judge Raylene Grischow granted the restraining order on a procedural matter.
