Jay-Z declined to sign a woman's baseball, telling her that he doesn't play the sport.
On Friday (July 9), Jay was spotted exiting a building in New York City where he was met by several fans seeking autographs.
The fans were able to get vinyls and photos signed, but when the woman, who had already gotten an autograph, pulled out the white ball to have it autographed, Hov declined.
