A judge has ruled that Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband will be responsible for maintaining the couple’s Montana Ranch.
According to TMZ, music manager Brandon Blackstock will have to pay $81,000 per month on upkeep for the property where he currently resides. Although court papers show that he is only making about $10,000 per month – a far cry from his ex's $1.5 million monthly income – Clarkson is currently paying him $150,000 in spousal support and another $45,000 in child support each month.
The outlet reports that the singer and talk show host will also bear the brunt of the kids’ schooling, covering 70% of private school tuition and other expenses.
