Kane Brown has transformed his body over the last several months, something he says he was inspired to do by one of his friends and fellow entertainers. He told Men's Health that hitting the gym became a must after seeing how fit Granger Smith was when Granger opened for him on tour.
He said that Granger “was just so shredded,” and “I told them, from then on, ‘Just wait, I’m going to get ripped,’ and every day since then, I’ve started working out.”
His goal is to get his weight to 210 or 215, and at that time he said he’ll “definitely be the fittest guy in country music.”
Kane resumed his Blessed & Free Tour last night (Thursday, January 6th) in Indianapolis, IN with special guests Chase Rice and Restless Road.
