Man arrested in North Fifth Street shooting

One person was arrested after two men engaged in a running gun battle in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street Monday afternoon.Springfield Police Deputy Chief Joshua Stuenkel said Tuesday that four or five shots were fired in the incident just after 5 p.m.It is the fourth shooting or shots fired case in the city since Saturday.
