‘No sticker’ yard waste collection begins Monday

After a three-month hiatus, the city’s popular “no sticker” yard waste and leaf collection program returns Monday.Republic Services, the city’s yard waste collector, will sweep the area south of South Grand Avenue and Old Jacksonville Road, including residential properties around Lake Springfield, starting Monday.The northern half of the city will be picked up the following week.
