2020 has brought us some new terms, terms we’d like to see go away. A survey of 2,000 adults in the UK looked at the things we’d like to lock up and leave behind in the 2020.
Among them were phrases we had to hear all year long like ‘Social Distancing,’ which topped the poll. ‘Tiers’ was third and we’re all too familiar with that term here in Illinois. ‘The New Normal’ was drilled in our brains when the pandemic really kicked in but was only fourth on the list with 43% of the vote.
