Dr. Dre has laid out the prenup that his wife Nicole Young signed in 1996 at the beginning of their marriage — the same prenup that Young is claiming Dre later tore up. The prenup — which was obtained by TMZ, says that all property that Dre and Nicole acquire is separate. The prenup also states that Nicole does not waive her right to spousal support — meaning if even if the prenup holds up in court, Nicole can get a nice monthly sum.
Nicole is asking for $2 million in spousal support — but Dre thinks that sum is ridiculous. His CPA filed a declaration saying that Nicole's actual monthly expenses total $293,306. He also states that he is currently paying for all of Nicole's expenses and has been paying towards her attorney's fees.
As for Nicole's claims of emotional and physical abuse, Dre has denied her accusations.
