Britney Spears’ ex-husband has found himself behind bars for the third time in 12 months.
Page Six confirmed Tuesday (Jan. 4th) that 40-year-old Jason Alexander was arrested on December 30th in Franklin, Tennessee for violating an order of protection and aggravated stalking. Officials did not reveal the identity of the person he allegedly stalked.
He was also arrested in August for an airport security violation and in January for driving under the influence, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance.
Alexander was married to Spears for 55 hours in 2004 following a spontaneous wedding in Las Vegas.
