A Springfield man has pleaded guilty to the murder of his mother in 2023 as well as the concealment of her death.
Richard Romine has been in custody since 2023 after he was arrested for the murder of his 62-year-old mother Donna Romine.
At his final pre-trail hearing Mr. Romine agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of second-degree murder as well as one count of concealing a homicidal death. Romine is scheduled to be sentenced on December 17th.
