His petition was filed in Miami Dade County, Florida, on Tuesday, stating that “the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.” He asked for joint custody of their daughters, 3-year-old Willa and a younger 1-year-old. “It is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties have shared parental responsibility,” the papers state. The soon-to-be-exes also intend to uphold their prenup agreement.
