Adele referred to her boyfriend of two years, Rich Paul, as her “husband” during her Las Vegas residency on Saturday night. “You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight,” the singer told a woman in the audience. When the fan responded, “Can you try?” Adele joked, “No, I don’t want to try. I’m with Rich. You’re crazy, leave me alone.” Fans who saw the clip on TikTok were quick to point out Adele’s casual “husband” remark, but she hasn't commented on the speculation. The singer did, however, inform her audience this weekend that she won't be taking selfies with them before. “I’m hanging on by a thread trying not to get COVID,” she explained, adding that many around her have gotten sick: “I will be damned if I cancel any more of these shows. I refuse to cancel any shows.”
