Liam Payne Not Allowed To Drive For 6 Months After Speeding

Former One Direction member Liam Payne has been banned from driving in the U.K. for six months after being convicted of speeding. Back in February he was caught going 40 mph in a 30 mph zone in his Ford Ranger pickup truck near London. Payne must also pay a fine and court costs totaling about $400. He wrote a note to Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court in which he said he “did not realise the speed limit and apologise for speeding.” This comes just two months after the singer postponed his tour of South America due to a kidney infection. No rescheduled dates have been announced thus far.
