AC/DC Shares Photo Of New LIneup Ahead Of Their First Tour In Eight Years

AC/DC took to Instagram to share a photo of their revamped lineup ahead of their first tour in eight years. The current iteration of the band features their two classic members, founder Angus Young on guitar and longtime vocalist Brian Johnson. The pair are joined by rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, the nephew of Angus who has been with AC/DC for years while filling in following band founder Malcom Young’s dementia diagnosis and death in 2017. The band’s current lineup is rounded out by drummer Matt Laug, who replaced longtime drummer Phil Rudd at this summer’s Power Trip festival, as well as new bassist Chris Chaney, who takes over for Cliff Williams. AC/DC’s European and UK tour kicks off on May 17 in Germany. (Consequence of Sound)
