Another member of the ComEd Four has received their sentence. Mike McClain, who for years was the right-hand man for Mike Madigan was sentenced to two years in Prison on Thursday for his role in the years long ComEd scandal.
McClain’s attorney stated that his client requires numerous medications daily and that his life would be put at risk by any term of incarceration. U.S. District Judge Manish Shah said he took those health concerns into consideration in deciding on the sentence.
The final member of the ComEd Four Jay Doherty is scheduled to be sentenced early next month.
