A chiropractor from Jacksonville has been sentenced to 366 days in federal prison for submitting more than 2,000 fraudulent health insurance claims worth more than a quarter-million dollars.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Illinois said 56-year-old Sean Rondeau pleaded guilty in December 2025 to healthcare fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud.
Rondeau was ordered to play more than $260,000 in restitution.
