Hospital Sisters Health System has named Paul Ferguson as its Central Illinois Market Chief Operating Officer.
Ferguson has served in the role on an interim basis since April.
He has more than 20 years experience in healthcare leadership, most recently at UT Heath East Texas.
Ferguson will oversee operations at HSHS hospitals in Springfield, Decatur, Effingham, Litchfield and Shelbyville
