A Rochester man was arrested at the State Fair after a short chase on foot after a gun was found in his bag.
Illinois State Troopers took Kyler C. Benton of Rochester into custody. Benton was charged with aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm and obstruction of justice.
Court records show that a preliminary hearing has been set for Sept. 3 in this case.
