The trials for State Rep. Carol Ammons and her husband Aaron Ammons on federal charges will now extend past election day.
Carol and Aaron both filed motions for continuances last week that were granted by Judge Eric Long.
Both Carol and Aaron will now have pre-trial hearings on Election Day November 3rd with their trials scheduled to start on November 17th. Their trials will be presided over by Judge Colleen Lawless.
