Motorcycle racing takes over the Illinois State Fairgrounds track this weekend for the annual Springfield Mile.
Gates open at 9 o’clock on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Opening ceremonies take place at about 1:30 both days followed by heats and main events in singles and super twins.
