The Sangamon County Mental Health Board will host a public study session on Thursday evening to help develop the board’s goals.
The session will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Sangamon South Auditorium in the county building on 9th Street in Springfield.
The session will include a brief overview of recommendations from previous groups including the Massey Commission and Mental Health Commission.
Board members are expected to identify their priorities for mental health programs. A public comment period is scheduled.
