Rita Ora has been hired to replace Nicole Scherzinger for Season 11 of The Masked Singer, which will debut in 2024. Scherzinger is taking the time off to star in a revival of Sunset Boulevard at the Savoy Theatre in London’s West End. The Pussycat Dolls singer nabbed the lead role in the production, which launches later this month. Ora, meanwhile, will join the rest of the returning judges panel of Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg and Robin Thicke for the entire season. (The show has broadcast two seasons per year ever since its launch in 2019, one in the fall and one in midseason. Season 10 just premiered on Sunday.) Ora, who married Oscar-winning writer/director Taika Waititi last year, already has a history with The Masked Singer: she's also been a judge on the British version of the show.
