Coldplay Announce Their Largest Show Of Their Career With Concert In India

Coldplay took to Instagram on Wednesday (November 13) to announce what the band is calling “their biggest ever show” at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India on January 25, 2025. The massive venue – which typically hosts major sporting events like cricket – can accommodate up to 132,000 attendees. Coldplay’s big Ahmedabad show will also feature a “mystery guest” that will be announced soon. The British rock band recently announced a three-night stand at Navi Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium that will take place on January 18, 19, and 20. Those dates all sold-out immediately, which caused Coldplay to announce a fourth India show to accommodate the overwhelming demand of their fans in the country. Earlier this year, Coldplay’s ongoing Music Of The Spheres tour became the largest-ever rock tour in history as it surpassed $1 billion in gross according to Billboard Boxscore. (Billboard)
