Operations are back to normal at Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport after a security scare on Wednesday.

The chief of the Police at Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport said one of the terminals was evacuated after the TSA identified a suspicious item during a routine passenger screening.

The technical response team was dispatched to the terminal and after investigating, no threat was found and the all-clear was given.

While operations at the airport went back to normal flight times were delayed by about an hour because of the incident.
