The beloved former MTV host/radio DJ continues to recover after suffering a massive stroke that left him in a coma for two months. “Once in a while an act of kindness and friendship can make your day (or your year!),” Pinfield wrote on Instagram on Thursday (May 8). “When I got this beautiful surprise gift from one of my rock ‘n roll heroes, I was completely blown away!!!
