The 2025 Illinois State Fair butter cow is on display.
Governor JB Pritzker and First Lady MK Pritzker unveiled the 800-pound butter cow on Wednesday afternoon at the Dairy Building of the fairgrounds in Springfield.
Sarah Pratt of Iowa sculpted this year’s butter cow. The butter is recycled from past butter cows.
