Gas Line Struck Friday at Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport

Contractors struck a gas line Friday at the Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport.

At 11:30 AM, the Springfield Fire Department responded to a call near the Standard Aero hangar at the north end of the airport complex, where the gas line was severed.

The gas line was safely disabled, and no injuries were reported.
