Due to the current government shutdown, the Lincoln Home National Historic Site in Springfield, Ill., is temporarily closed.
This closure only pertains to the Visitor Center and guided tours. The outdoor grounds of the Lincoln Home Neighborhood remain open for outdoor visitors.
The Dana Thomas House, Illinois State Museum, and Old State Capitol remain open despite the government shutdown.
