The Jacksonville Center for the Arts has received a one-million-dollar pledge for the purchase and restoration of the Illinois Theater.
Catherine Horn Randall said the pledge is in honor of her late husband, Bob.
The pledge is part of a campaign to transform the Illinois Theater into a multi-purpose civic center and performing arts facility.
