If you’re miserable, maybe move to Hawaii. A new WalletHub study ranks it as the happiest state in America.’
They compared stuff like cases of depression, divorce and income, and found that people in Hawaii were the best off in the country. Utah was a close second. Kentucky is the least happy state, along with Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Illinois ranked 29th on the list — so we’re not on the bottom! Which might surprise a few residents who think otherwise. We did, however, rank Top 5 for Highest Long-Term Unemployment.
