A Mega Millions lottery ticket worth three million dollars in Tuesday’s drawing was sold in Springfield.
The Illinois Lottery said the ticket was sold at Qik-N-Ez on North Grand Avenue.
The ticket matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Mega Ball for a one-million-dollar prize, which increased to three million dollars with the randomly assigned 3X multiplier.
The store receives a one-percent bonus of 30 thousand dollars.
