Teenager shot near Sacred Heart-Griffin

A female teenager sustained non-life-threatening injuries after being shot near Sacred Heart-Griffin High School Saturday afternoon.Springfield police were called to the 1200 block of West Monroe Street around 1:50 p.m. after shots were allegedly fired from a car at another car in which the victim was a passenger.Both vehicles were traveling east on Monroe Street, according to Springfield Police Lt.
