CWLP crews have been working diligently throughout the day to restore power to as many customers as possible who were affected by the severe storms.
According to CWLP by 2 P.M. Thursday fewer than 200 customers remained without power.
CWLP also stated that in the Indian Hills area, a broken utility pole supporting both CWLP and Ameren equipment must be replaced before service can be restored. Along Camp Butler Road, three damaged transmission poles must be replaced before power can be returned to customers in that area.
