The Wyndham Springfield City Centre in downtown Springfield is officially up for sale.
The building has laid dormant since March of 2025.
Bids are currently being taken on the property until September 15th as part of bankruptcy proceedings.
According to bankruptcy documents the property is valued at $7 million.
It is unclear how soon ownership of the Wyndham might change hands as part of the bankruptcy proceedings.
