The driver of a vehicle speeding away from the area of Pope Avenue and Laurel Street told Springfield Police that someone was shooting at him Monday evening.Police heard multiple shots fired in the area just after 8 p.m. Police stopped the vehicle fleeing from the area.Police discovered a single bullet hole in the rear passenger side of the vehicle.There were no injuries reported.There was information about suspects in the incident.This story will be […]
