MADISON, Wis. — University of Wisconsin Police said Wednesday a UW doctor, who is a native of Springfield, and her husband found slain at the university’s arboretum apparently were targeted.The Dane County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victims as Robin Carre, 57, and Beth Potter, 52, both of Madison.
