Two people who entered the Huntington Ridge Apartments in the 4000 block of Treviso Drive with a gun were arrested Wednesday afternoon.The suspects entered an apartment, according to Brian Oakes, Springfield Police commander of criminal investigations. The gun, which hasn’t been described yet, was recovered.Oakes did not immediately comment on what the charges are.Illinois State Police and Sangamon County sheriff’s deputies were also on the scene.
