Brother James Court resident becomes 47th COVID-19 death in Sangamon County

A resident of Brother James Court who tested positive last week for COVID-19 died at Memorial Medical Center, the Sangamon County Department of Public Health reported Thursday.The man, who was in his 50s, became the 47th coronavirus-related death in the county.An outbreak of COVID-19 at the facility has now included positive test of 55 residents and 15 staff members.
