Five more virus deaths in central Illinois

Five more central Illinois residents infected with COVID-19 have died, officials reported Friday.Three of the people were from Christian County, and one each was from Logan and Morgan counties.Meanwhile, Sangamon County officials reported 55 new coronavirus cases Friday, including 13 emanating from the University of Illinois Springfield.
