Springfield’s Committee of the Whole on Tuesday night again deliberated over the city’s minimal role in the proposed Capital Area Tourism Authority.
Alders had questions over how the tourism authority legislation was being approached by the city’s contractual lobbyist, Jessica Basham.
Alders moved to invite Basham before the Council to discuss her work at the General Assembly.
