The Sangamon County Animal Control & Adoption Center made a Facebook post on Tuesday letting the public know that it has run out of open kennels.
According to the post the center has taken in more than 100 dogs in just three weeks and noted that adoption and transfer rates are low.
They are calling on any fosters and adopters to help in any way they can.
