Tony Stang serves as more than a traditional church leader. While his role at Central Baptist Church anchors him spiritually and locally, his passion for storytelling has led him to create new ways for people to connect. His work reflects a belief that every individual story matters—especially in a city as diverse and dynamic as Springfield.

That belief inspired The Mosaic Project, which Stang founded and hosts. The podcast is designed to “archive moments of humanity,” capturing conversations that might otherwise go unheard.
