A Sangamon County man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison stemming from child sexual abuse charges related to a 2024 incident in Pawnee.
Bradley Hesse, now 56, was charged in April of 2025 with Unlawful Restraint, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, and two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault.
Hesse was found guilty on the two criminal sexual assault charges as well as the aggravated sexual abuse charge in July of 2026.
Hesse’s sentencing was handed down by Judge Jack Davis earlier this week.
