The Morning Routine with Rocki and Lacey was joined by the excellent Megan Fellows, a local community leader who gives back to our local area in a lot of big ways-she’s the President of the Rochester lions club, she volunteers with the Feline Ranch, she runs a substance abuse group, and she most importantly works for the Family Service Center. The heart of Family Service Center’s work is a shared commitment to improving lives and creating opportunities for children and families.
Just outside Springfield in Mechanicsburg, the Boo Crew Haunted House has become a Halloween favorite, drawing thrill-seekers from across Central Illinois. But beyond the scares, Boo Crew exists to make a difference in the community. Operating under the Rochester Lions Club, the attraction is run entirely by volunteers, with proceeds supporting local scholarships, veterans programs, youth organizations, and other charitable causes throughout the region.
