Several road and lane closures begin this week in Springfield due to road and infrastructure work.
Westbound lanes on North Grand Avenue between 15th and 19th streets will be closed beginning today for several days for water main relocation.
Railroad track repairs will require closure of 11th Street between Hazel Dell Road and Ernest Hemingway Drive and Laurel Street between Wirt Avenue and Johnson Park Drive, both today through Friday.
South Grand Avenue will be closed next week between 19th Street and Wheeler Avenue for railroad track repairs
