A Springfield man has been sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to several burglaries of vehicles.
Springfield Police said 34-year-old Christian Halberstadt was connected in January to 11 burglaries and thefts of tools from vehicles in hotel parking lots along South Dirksen Parkway.
Police said Halberstadt was also connected to more than 100 burglaries in 2024.
