The Sangamon County State’s Attorney has charged 57-year-old Rod White with first degree murder, possession of a weapon of by a felon and possession of a weapon by a repeat felony offender in connection with the shooting death of 54-year-old Sean Campbell.
Springfield Police responded to the 1200 block of East Kansas Street before 6 a.m. Monday and found Campbell deceased. The investigation continues.
